Your images and clips
KeywordStock processes your images on your own computer. Your originals are never uploaded to our servers. What we receive is the list of descriptive words the AI produced (plain text), which we match against the agency vocabulary.
What we store
- Your display name, email and password (stored one-way hashed — not visible to us)
- How many files you processed and credits used, for billing
- The corrections you make, so the system learns your style (used only for your account)
- Payment receipts, once top-ups are enabled, to confirm amounts
- Web access logs (IP address, page, time) kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically, used only for troubleshooting and abuse prevention
What we never do
- We do not sell or share your data with anyone
- We do not train AI on your images
Deleting your data
Ask us to delete your account through any contact channel and we will remove your data within 30 days.
