How it works

Getting started

1. Download and install the app from the download page — the first launch takes a moment to prepare itself.
2. Sign in with the email and password you chose at sign-up (owner-issued accounts use their username and the code they were given).
3. Tick the agencies you submit to under "📮 Your agencies" and choose the country you shoot in (a one-time setting).
4. Click "Choose files…", select as many images or clips as you like, add a location or any extra context, then press Start.

Review and submit

• Edit the keywords drag to reorder, click × to drop one, or promote a suggested term, then save. Fix 3–5 files and the rest of the batch follows.
• Embed into your files pick the agency in the bar above the review list, press "Embed into all files", then drag your files straight to the agency — every field fills itself. For the next agency, switch and embed again.
• Video clips use paste_helper.html in the results folder — pick the agency and copy field by field, or use that agency's CSV.
• CSV sits in the results folder next to your files. Open "README.txt" there for each agency's steps.

Frequently asked

Are my images uploaded anywhere? No. The AI reads them on your computer; only the words it produces (a few KB) travel to us to be matched against the agency vocabulary.

Why does iStock accept every keyword? Because every term comes straight from Getty's controlled vocabulary, spelled exactly as they expect.

Windows shows a SmartScreen warning Choose More info → Run anyway. The app is not code-signed yet.

My computer feels slow 16 GB of RAM or more is recommended. The app releases its memory after 30 idle minutes.
